FilamentFlow Hub is a web app for managing 3D printing workflows.
The app provides tools for tracking filament inventory, products, print jobs, material usage, stock movements, costs, reports, exports, and related workspace information.
2. Beta availability
FilamentFlow Hub is currently available as a working beta.
This means the app is live and usable, but it is still actively being improved. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product develops.
During beta, you may encounter bugs, interruptions, missing features, or changes in how parts of the app work.
3. Accounts
To use FilamentFlow Hub, you need to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your sign-in credentials secure
- all activity that happens under your account
- providing accurate account information
- keeping your account information up to date
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Your data
The data you enter into FilamentFlow Hub remains yours.
This may include filament inventory, products, print jobs, costs, stock records, workspace settings, reports, and imported CSV data.
We store and process this data only to provide the app’s functionality, operate the service, improve the product, and comply with applicable obligations.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Data export
FilamentFlow Hub provides export tools, such as CSV exports and workspace backup exports, so you can keep a copy of your data.
We recommend keeping your own periodic backup of information that is important to your business or workflow.
6. Cost calculations and reports
FilamentFlow Hub may help estimate material costs, production costs, labor costs, print job costs, and related reports.
These calculations are provided as operational estimates for workflow tracking. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any cost, pricing, inventory, or business decisions you make based on data from the app.

FilamentFlow Hub relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, hosting, database, backups, and related services.
These providers may experience outages or changes that affect FilamentFlow Hub. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, but we will work to restore functionality where reasonably possible.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, security incidents, third-party failures, or unexpected technical problems.

12. Disclaimer
FilamentFlow Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta.
We do our best to make the service useful, secure, and reliable, but we do not make guarantees that the app will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific business need.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FilamentFlow Hub and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.
